What was the biggest takeaway for you?

Understood that insurance instruction video works and it's worth spending.

What is the one thing you will do differently based on what you learned?

Concentrate more in social media to reach Business to customers, but it is a long journey if you're persistent we can reach the destination.

How will you hold yourself accountable to ensure that you apply one or two things you learned?

Sure, if not me who else will!

Story for a brand, it's significance for building the same.

What is the one thing you will do differently based on what you learned?

We would be engaging in discussions to take the marketing canvas and look at creative ways to reach our beneficiaries and donors.

Invest in branding - as a social entrepreneur - your message has to come from you and not your social media handler.

What is the one thing you will do differently based on what you learned?

Be on top of things and practice emphasising our brand and thought leadership a bit more
