Rajesh Setty

11-Jul-2019

Rajesh spent more than five years trying to figure out the answer to the question “why smart people get stuck”. As to be expected, the research did not reveal one single reason that makes smart people get stuck. However, upon digging deeper, the research revealed many reasons why smart people get stuck in certain contexts such as communicating their ideas, getting buy-in from others, dealing with change and taking action (or not). This presentation shed light on a set of scenarios that might be coming in the way of smart people making rapid progress.
