Uplift: Win with value exchange

In times of unprecedented change, slowing down should be the last thing on your mind. Honestly, even to stay in the game, your rate of reinvention should be greater than the rate at which the world is changing. If you are a leader, you have the additional responsibility to lead here by example.

As the name indicates, Uplift offers a framework for you to lift yourself up irrespective of the times we live in. They say, it's not enough to do hard work, but you need to work smart. But, rarely there is an explanation of "what is" that smart work. At the end of the presentations, you will get a clue on that distinction as well.
