Tell - Sell - Involve It's a simple concept that I often forget, great reminder and great conversation w/ folks on the call Technology(Data) will continue to lower switching costs, and sales will more and more important on the relationship/customer success vs closing deals; LTV vs # of Sales

Look for ways to influence change, I'm too much of a Karma guy and sometimes I just expect the universe to change things for me.

I had more than one takeaway: (a) Whatever be our role, at the heart of it - we are all change agents (b) The Tell-Sell-Involve framework was fantastic - especially getting stakeholders involved early.

Ensure that every team member in each of my projects knows and believes that they too are a "change agent."

What was the biggest takeaway for you?

The definition of value changed considerably to me after his talk. The key metric must be to derive value and the frameworks can be designed around this metric. The transformation has to circle around value and that must be the motif of a company.

What new actions would you take?

I would be including the customers in the earlier stage of the product journey. They will be our best beta-testers and know the problem much better than we do.
