If there was one lesson that 2020 has taught us, it would be that however smart we are, we on our own are not fully capable of dealing with what the "unknown" may throw at us. There is no real guarantee that next year will be any different when it comes to the nature and level of uncertainty around us. What was the biggest takeaway for you?
If you want to win this game of contemporary business it is important to meaningful learn, expertise on demand because you don t know what problem you will get. Primary ability is needed:to give meaningful gifts of scale at a very law incremental cost to me. If you help somebody he asks himself- where were you before in my life- that is the meaningful help.
What is the one thing you will do differently based on what you learned?
Stop wandering and hoping if the person will call me back after my initiative, or write me back. If the respond was not immediate it means that there is something standing between us. If somebody is not picking up for your call it means that you have to raise your generosity part.
How will you hold yourself accountable to ensure that you apply one or two things you learned?
To be aware about my generosity part and how do I seam to people, and not blame people for not contacting me back. There are countless times that people tend to connect to me and I have to be more aware what are elements that attracts them to be in open and carefully relationship. Yes, you are right Rajesh, it is because of the generosity that encourages the flow in interactions.

Not be so overwhelmed when I don't know anything about a particular problem. I will approach it with a information gathering attitude.

What was the biggest takeaway for you?
I love that break down on "When you don't know what you don't know, you don't know what to do." It makes me think of this quote, "Starving for wisdom and drowning in information." We are human beings, not human doings. You can change the habit of not smoking, or you can be a non-smoker. Make it part of who you are, not just something you do/don't do.

Continue to narrow down my "must" list.

BEFORE BED, WRITE PART OF YOUR IDEA THEN GO TO SLEEP TO LET YOUR SUB-CONSCIENCE WORK ON THE IDEA. THEN, WRITE REMAINDER OF IDEA WHEN YOU WAKE UP.... WHILE SITTING ON THE TOILET! :)

The concept of not knowing what you don't know and gaining insight only when you have more experience through action. So take action to know more of what you don't know so that you can learn how much you are losing and make that meaningful change.

I need to not get distracted by all the bells and whistles and gain laser focus on learning to act and acting to grow so that I may learn what I need to know so I can find what I am missing.

I am going to type out my notes and create a plan for of action to implement my plan and talk with my coach to tell them what I will be doing.
