I liked the part about communicating with your boss. I have always called it managing up. Just great discussion on how to communicate. Very good relating to real experience we all can relate to.

I really loved the Minto principle, instead of writing stories, using SCQA will make things better. The examples also helped

Remember and Practice different frameworks that were shared today. That will solve the majority of our problems :P

I loved the Minto Principle to help communicate with greater clarity, Utilizing this will help me communicate in a way that the receiver understands the message and, more importantly, the receiver will not misunderstand the message
