What was the biggest takeaway for you?

I have embraced this way of thinking to some extent but I need more. Richie's articulation can help me operationalize and make this a reality for myself and others.

What new actions would you take?

I need to apply these principles to my personal life more. I have a tendency to sacrifice my life even for my family. I sometimes blame them for me not prioritizing myself.

I will note in my daily journal what I am doing.

What was the biggest takeaway for you?

The session in complete was all big take away. Great pointers to learn with Cake & Sugar start up session :-) 1. Habits & Goals are means not the ENDS- Thank you for sharing that insight. 2. Loved the concept of Availability, Timing, Ability. Deepest gratitude how you shared your life so openly and humbly- it was deep but alot to take away.

As in starting of course i have SEAL the commitment for this course- ensuring the report my learning growth as per my SEAL commitment.

Revisit my purpose, priorities and projects before this weekend.

Purpose first process second, never reverse the order. Very often I find myself obsessed with 'How' (process) than knowing 'why' first

try to do more attention management than time management

I read the notes I made, every day till I internalize them. Once I internalize it, I will start using them. We will start with Start to live and live to start

Value your time, instead of timing your values. Time Vs Attention: Attention is precious - build more attention per time. purpose - priorities - process

focus on the being. it is tough i can see - it is worth it :) - thats where the attention flows i think

if i am not able to pay attention - i will need to stop and reflect what is causing me this - it will mean i need to get back to what it means to gain attention

How you work Vs. How much you make & instead of money put family and your loved ones on priorities. You can just do certain things and certain time and day.

Monitor & track how I follow my purpose. The purpose to ensure that your family is 01st and not at the end of the work.

What was the biggest takeaway for you?

It really made me reflect. 20 years ago I gave up a career working as a locomotive engineer due to the fact that I was never home and couldn’t spend time with family. I’m in similar situation with where I am in my career again. I’m going to reflect on this session and revaluate my life.

What new actions would you take?

Just need to level set with myself and what do I want to do with the rest of my life. Very inspirational. Thank you so much for speaking today.

I’m a check list kind of person. Once I put it on the list it is followed through.

What was the biggest takeaway for you?

Availability, Ability. There was so much correlation in our value systems, and I really couldn't stop taking notes. I believe it would be a short book altogether :)

What new actions would you take?

Start living more meaningfully for myself and choose where to spend time and energy judiciously. :)

I have created a mini task management system that holds me accountable. Self-accountability is the most powerful means to lead oneself to action.
